Duration of delivery will depends on type of product. The ready made products that are in stock will be shipped right away after payment confirmation and will take around 3 to 5 days to reach most often.
Please allow couple of weeks (15 days) for the MTO products. They are shipped through express courier service with tracking number.
The custom made orders may take around 20 to 25 days to handmade and ship.
Barismil will not be responsible for any delay caused by customs, natural disasters, strikes, extreme weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However we will try our level best to provide you with all the assistance required to make your shopping experience a pleasant one.
We are pleased to inform you that we offer a full refund in case you are not fully satisfied with our product. We care about our customers and work hard to provide the best service available. We are sure you will appreciate the unique design and work put into each and every products; however, if you need to return an item that is not a problem.
Before sending back your product please contact us for the instruction and return process.
Please note and observe the following conditions:
- The product should be unused and in the same exact condition that you received it with all labels still attached. No visible sign of wear or scuff on the upper or sole of the shoe; No visible creases, scratch or stretch marks on the belts, bags etc.
- The product should be sent back with the original packaging. For example, shoes should include original Box, Dust bags and any other item delivered with it.
- Items that are bought fully or partially with gift cards, will be only refunded by in-store-credits.
- Items with embroidered or engraved initials are not eligible for a refund as they are personalized for you.
- Products that are customized (Made-To-Order) are not eligible for a refund. Whether you order a Pre-designed model or Customize it yourself, it cannot be refunded as it will be exclusively produced for you.
- Gift Cards and vouchers are non-refundable
Notifying as soon as possible will also help us in processing the refund quickly.
Please note that custom made products are not refundable since they are made on customer specifications. Products with initials/personalizing can not be returned either. We try to keep in touch with customer during the production process of custom order so we can achieve the desired results.
The customer should pay for the refund shipping cost. Please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Obviously, we cannot be responsible for the lost packages. Please use the original or similar protective packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept damaged products.
Please understand each country has different regulation regarding customs import tax and duties. The customer is responsible for any customs clearance, duties and import taxes required by the customs agency of his/her country. Each country has different regulations regarding taxes and duties.
If the product is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs or duties, you will be charged all related cost of shipping and refunded the remaining amount.
